In June 60 creative women in traveled to Camp Wandawega for a long weekend of workshops, relaxation, meals, swimming, and karaoke. Vegetarian 'Ventures new book, Platters and Boards, has 40 spreads (which are themes and food grouping ideas for your event) and each spread has a recipe (examples include Quick-Rose Pickled Grapes, Triple Cheese Truffle Oil Fondue, Fall Harvest Focaccia, Whipped Feta with Black Sesame Seeds, etc) along with a drink pairing and meat suggestion.
It was so fun working with Shelly again on her second cookbook. She always has a clear vision for what she wants her videos to look like and it's so fun to work and plan to make it happen. I'd also recommend taking a look at her first book, Vegetarian Heartland, if you haven't already!
